I am very happy with this blood pressure monitor I purchased . It works great, I love the illuminated screen so when you take your blood pressure at night you can easily see the readings. The 1st one I bought, I was having a problem with the pump, I contacted aqes and their representative, Kevin was a great help. He understood the issue I was having and without any hesitation sent me a brand new bp monitor. This is a great company who really stands behind their products they are selling. Not sure what was going on with the 1st bp monitor, but aqes helped me in evey way to replace it with a new one. No questions asked. For sure if and when I ever need to get another monitor I will definitely buy from aqes again. You can depend on them if you should have any problems. Great company and great employees like Kevin working for them. Very happy I bought my bp monitor from them, and a very good price, and very good quality. Good product
This is a good product and is accurate. I compared it to several different brands of blood pressure machines. I use the larger cuff and, for me, it is a little difficult to use. I have to hold it tight and wrap the rest of the cuff around the arm – all at the same time with one hand. If I don’t get it “just right” on my arm, the machine does not work. It would be nice if the cuff had a device that would hold it tight, leaving the hand free to wrap the rest of the cuff around the arm. But I recommend this machine for its easy-to-read screen and accuracy.

Would give negative stars if I could. Cuff stopped working during the warranty period and I tried calling the support number for assistance but it completely sounded like a scam. I got a random âhelloâ as if I caught him off guard, then finally after 30 seconds they introduced themselves (sketchy) and then asked for my address immediately. I was not comfortable giving out any personal information which I mentioned so he instead asked for my order number which I decided to play it safe and just hang up. Nothing sounded legit. Iâd say my gut could have been wrong but since hanging up (so far) I have received three calls one voicemail and a text. Even more sketchy. No thank you. Buy a better brand which is what Iâll be doing.
