Easy and accurate
We have had a traditional blood pressure cuff for the last few years. It was simply a pain to use. I realized that I couldnât really trust its readouts anymore and looked online for an alternative.This blood pressure cuff is a game changer! It is so easy to use. I donât have to fight with it to get a reading. It connects via Bluetooth to an app, making it so much easier to report results to my doctor.All that this requires is to sit with your feet on the ground, support your back, bend your arm to heart level, and push a button. I strongly recommend!

My old wrist BP monitor was over 10 years old, so I decided to upgrade. I was drawn to this one because of the positive reviews on accuracy, ease of use, and its Bluetooth integration with a phone app for tracking. I also appreciate the picture in the left corner that indicates whether to raise or lower your arm for an optimal reading. It only takes a minute to get a reading, making the process quick. The monitor is easy to put on and remove, and it does not become too uncomfortable, unlike some wrist BP monitors that can tighten excessively at the end of measuring. I have not encountered any error messages or issues with battery life (I have been using it for 4.5 months with the same batteries).I like how the app tracks blood pressure and also provides information on the grade or level of hypertension of the reading, along with lifestyle or medication recommendations if necessary. Additionally, there is a feature to log activities prior to testing, which helps identify factors that may cause high or low readings. The app includes a trend page that plots BP readings over a week to three months, allowing users to monitor changes and use the data to adjust lifestyle habits accordingly.The only downside is the noise during testing. It can be quite loud, and I have not found a way to turn it off, if that is even possible. The sound is rather annoying, as demonstrated in the video. Overall, however, I believe the positives outweigh the noise issue, though it would be ideal if the noise level could be reduced, the sound adjusted, or the option to turn it off provided.

Convenient using wrist versus upper arm
I’m a paraplegic and my BP tends to run low, which is common in paraplegics. I need to check my BP regularly. I used to have an upper-arm pressure cuff, but the way it was designed it would get kinked up when I try to velcro it on. The wrist monitor eliminates that problem. I also love the fact that it stores several readings with the date and time. I just need to call the company for assistance to set up the bluetooth connection to my phone because I haven’t gotten that to work, yet.

DON’T BUY THIS, YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON A GOOD BP MONITOR I would give this product less stars if I could. I bought this several months ago to monitor my BP following a medication change. My Dr and I have been very concerned about my readings and I thought this device was measuring my BP correctly. It appeared that my BP was unstable and very high. I wound up taking my BP about 20 times a day and recording the measurements. After many changes to my medication and messages to my Dr, lots of concern and angst I brought this monitor to my Dr office to test the accuracy. The Dr measured 127/74, this one measured 156/104. DON’T BUY THIS.

This wrist BP cuff is exactly what I have been looking for. I would have preferred USA made. It is a solid device and works exactly the way it should. I love the pre-formed inner cuff. It allows for easy placement before closing with the Velcro tab. Makes a bit of noise, but not a deal breaker. Paired up easily and quickly. Transfers data to Apple Health app without any issues (This was mentioned in another review that stated it was an issue). Comes with a great soft zippered travel case (Another review said it did not come with a case). Takes your BP in less time than other cuffs I have used.

Doesnât sync with Apple Health
The Meraw App does not sync with Apple Health. That was the whole reason I bought this, and it doesnât do the thing I want it to do. Otherwise, it measures blood pressure fine and syncs to the Meraw App. But the lack of Apple Health support is very disappointing.
