Works great just like in the doctor office, great way to keep track of your BP in between appointments, well worth the money, get one!!

Easy to use and read and live the memory and quality!
If you are deciding between this and a wrist type, look no further… I purchased this one after 3 wrist ones, it’s more accurate and is simple and comfortable to use. The cuff is large with an extended length of adjustability, would virtually fit anyone’s arm. I like that the cuff has a retainer on the end which makes one handed application easy so you don’t have to find someone to help. The memory function and heart rate are another great addition to this machine.

It talks constantly
The B/P works well but it announces every single step. I read the instructions to turn off the sound but it hasnât worked so far. It just annoys me. It would be great for someone with compromised vision. The talking just isnât for me.

Batteries dead on arrival, then only gave me error messages.
The batteries it came with were dead. Once I got new ones put in, and the cuff put on per the instructions, sat still with arm elevated to heart level, I pressed start and the the cuff began to inflate. It squeezed the HELL out of my arm and it hurt a lot. At some point towards the end of the decompressing faze, it said “Error, please try again.” I ended up trying a total of 4 times through the day with the exact same results, excruciatingly painful squeezing (once my hand got a couple jolts of fire down it) followed by the error, please try again message towards the end of the decompressing.I returned it the next day.I do have larger arms around 16.5in.

Wonât hold a charge
I ordered this machine when I found out that I have high blood pressure. I actually liked it until I found out that it doesnât hold a charge like I can only use it if itâs plugged into the wall so what are the batteries for because it still wonât turn on unless Itâs plugged into the wall and with this very short charger cord are you kidding me anyway I like it so I returned for another and the second one was worse because it doesnât even let me set the time date it still doesnât hold a charge and the batteries wonât make it work. Iâm angry because I liked it but Iâm trying to keep my blood pressure down not up. Iâm upset
