Works well for me, very small
This worked just fine for me. I keep it in my car in the emergency kit – but itâs so small it would fit in the glove box. I needed one to have on hand for medical reasons and when Iâm feeling off and this works well enough for me to know if my pressure is getting too low. Iâve been happy with it. Portable, has a case, does what I need. I have a small wrist but tested it on a manâs and it worked fine there too.

Accurate and app is top notch
Home blood pressure cuffs often have a lot of variability in their measurements, but so far this one has come the closest to the readings I get in my doctor’s office. The readings are also consistent. As long as I use the same arm and place the cuff on in the same way, I will get similar numbers when I take measurements close together. The app is also very good. It is one of the few apps that can still sync data to Google Fit, and there are few advertisements or nags to upgrade to a premium version.

Very good for a single user. Multiple users may want to look at different models.
For a single user, the Omron BP5250 does a pretty good job. I didn’t check its precision against a medically-certified blood pressure unit, however, Consumer Reports claims that, for a home user, it is as close as you can get to a tool that medical clinics use.The display has large digits (i.e. numbers and letters) that makes it easy to read. (i’ve put the dime on the display so readers can estimate the size of the digits). The cuff (model HEM-FL31 provided in the box) is preformed, and easy to put on and secure with the Velcro. At 5-3/4″ (145 mm) wide, I think it is too wide for some persons upper arm; it could not be put on as indicated by the user’s manual (i.e. at 1/2″ above the elbow bend) without clutching part of the shoulder. Some people do not have a long upper arm.The level at which the monitor warns of high blood pressure is over 130 for systolic, and 80 for diastolic pressures. These warning should be taken with a grain of salt, because the medical industry constantly changes their own standards. (I said “industry” because, IMHO, nowadays the medical activities are not anymore about how to heal or maintain one’s health, but about how to make more profit out of people’s sufferance.)There are a couple of curved balls with this monitor:1. It is cumbersome to use it for two individuals. It can be done, however, (as I said) it is cumbersome.2. The user’s manual claims its use life to be 5 years. While many people throw away perfectly good items just because they were not fashionable anymore (and thus greatly contributing to nature destruction through environmental pollution), I find five years to be too short of a time to render an electronic device “expired”.

A BP device that provides consistent readings
Having bought other BP devices that gave varying readings , this one is a keeper! Battery driven it seems to last a reasonable number of reads before replacement. The screen show more icon details than I have figured out. The app is ok but has a limit to how many tests are stored. The graph of those results are interesting but I donât need it now that I am familiar with my numbers and trending. Iâd buy it again if needed

Doctor Approved
I’ve had the unit for a while now. Recently though I took it to my doctor’s office and compared results with his machine and this unit. And, both he and his nurse approved the proximity the their unit. It’s easy to use

Compact BP monitor
Nice compact BP cuff.Readings are similar to my OMRON unit.Easy to use and i like that you dont have to haul around another power adapter, some people might not like that

Worth the buy
Checked this meter at the doctor’s office and results were comparable. Easy to use and store. It does not have a bunch of bells and whistle, but sufficient for my purpose measuring BP and pulse rate. Nice little unit for the price.

It is a great product especially if you need to use it regularly. The best thing is that you can have an app installed on your phone and through Bluetooth, it automatically picks the reading and stores history, gives average High, Low blood pressure and Heartbeat. I did not buy any premium app plan but the free stuff has sufficient.Readings are accurate and I checked against doctor’s reading as well. Battery life is good.

Used every morning for a month to track blood pressure for dr appt. Easy to use, easy to read, it tracks readings & saves to your phone . But it Takes a bit of time & effort to figure it out at first. Only issues I found were; it sucks batteries and need to change batteries more often than i would like . Each time you change batteries you have to reset up clock & reconnect with your phone app which is some effort.
