Bob and Brad excel at customer service
The foot massager is a great product, but I am writing this review to praise their customer service. The second day that I used the foot massager, I left it on the floor and my young dog chewed the cord in several places. I contacted the Bob and Brad customer service team and was told that they would send me another cord by postal service. The cord arrived within a week, and I received several emails inquiring whether I had received it, and was it satisfactory. Bob and Brad’s customer service is amazing. I was heartsick that my dog had damaged a brand new product, but the response I received from this business is beyond compare. Thank you Bob and Brad Customer Service! I have previously bought several Bob and Brad products, and their quality and ease of use has been uniformly excellent. The foot massager has helped my plantar fasciitis; it is easy to adjust the kneading intensity, air pressure, and heat. It just feels great! The remote control is handy. It is not heavy to move around. I use the massager several times a day while my foot heals, and expect to continue regular use. A wonderful product!

I purchased this foot massager for my husband who suffers from foot neuropathy as well as planter fasciitis. It provides much needed and pleasant relief! Being able to adjust the warmth, pressure and intensity makes this massager perfect for the varied levels of discomfort he experiences. The remote control is a nice feature, too. I also enjoy it because it is amazing for tired feet or just plain relaxation. This product came recommended to me and since purchasing one myself, I have recommended it to my family! Quality Massager with Full Features
This foot massager wasnât the cheapest in the many units shown on Amazon, but I had seen a few segments of Bob and Brad and figured if they put their name on it they probably wanted something that enhanced their reputation as popular therapists. Then again you always take the chance of celebrities just affixing their names to items and not doing the research and development. Iâm a senior with severe peripheral neuropathy in both feet right up to both knees. I have foot numbness, some burning and pin pricks from time to time. The unit is very well made, substantial in weight and has a lot of features that you can work on the unit or with the hand held remote. There is massage, compression , heat and more. Each function has three levels of intensity. Iâve been using It for a week once a day. It feels great and you get a full and thorough massage. Did it change anything in lessening the neuropathy numbness? No. But when I visited my orthopedist this week and told him I had bought it, he told me that the massager will improve my circulation and keep the neuropathy from getting worse and progressing. Thatâs reason enough for the purchase. It does everything it promises, it a quality machine, full of features and worth the money. I would recommend it, even if you donât have a medical problem and just want an amazing foot massage experience.

The foot massager works well, It is a much more pleasant massage for the feet than the other two foot massagers I have had in the past. This one isn’t as hard on the feet. it has a very quiet operation and is definitely worth it’s price. It does a 20 min. massage and it says to not do repeated messages without giving it a rest between messages. i would purchase it again.

This is a truly excellent food massager! The air really squeezes your foot tightly and it heats up nicely. I love keeping it under my desk to get a little massage during meetings when Iâm working at homeâ especially great because itâs covered by FSA/HSA funds. This is not your standard foot massage by vibration device. You will get an actual foot massage with kneading at the pressure of your choice. Trusting the Bob and Brad name, I bought this for my mom as a gift. After trying hers, I lost no time in buying one for myself! This is seriously the best purchase I have made in years. I wear a women’s size 6 and my feet swim inside of this thing. My feet are too small to get proper placement on top of the rollers, which sometimes makes the massages hurt.Because of this, I am unable to fully enjoy what this machine was intended for. Wishing now, that I had returned to sender, and found something more appropriate for myself.This Brad and Bob massager would be a great purchase for men or women with larger feet! Wait until the price drops though. It’s $$$.
