Reliable Resistance Band
I use this for my swimmers to improve strokes. The band was wider than I expected but proved to be strong and stable. There’s plenty of yardage to make lots of resistance bands. The Orange band is just perfect for the younger swimmers and easy to use.

Disappointed. Bands are sticky!
I teach five classes a week and do not use the bands each time. Maybe twice a week. They are already sticky and not performing to my expectations. Iâve had Spri products and Theraband in the past without these problems. It hasnât even been a year!
