Best writing prompts!
You need this journal, or someone you know does!! I purchased this as a gift (i wish i had taken pictures- but i didn’t want to crease a page or mess it up in anyway)! The book is made well, it is very sturdy. Pages are thick enough your ink won’t bleed through. My friend loved it! She opened up to a page that said something like what grievances do you have with your family? Haha! We got huge laughs out of that! The book is designed so cute! Many great quotes and designs to color in between writing pages. This could be used therapeutically, so save yourself and your friends! Buy today, you won’t regret this one!!!!

Great tool for self reflection and CBT
Fun way to blow off steam and get frustrations out of your system without burdening other people.

I haven’t started
I haven’t started yet and I already love it. I have read the questions and qoutes, and let’s be honest… this is more relatable than those “positive” books. This makes me feel like it’s alright to have these feelings. I love the cover and pages. However, there is a small dent on the spine. I’ll try my best not to let it get to me.

Aesthetically and thoughtfully designed for an ok price..
Love the design of the front and the prompts provided to write your thoughts. Probably didn’t need to be so thick but I understand some purple are more verbose than others. Lol. I’m just happy the price dropped to a more reasonable and justifiable one for purchase though still a bit much for some understandably.

Worth the Hype
I kept seeing this advertised in different blogs about items to get for people as gidts. Got one for myself to see if it was worthwhile for others. Definitely recommend.

Best Journal!!
As a Gen Xer, this is the best journal I’ve ever had. I tried a gratitude journal but it irritated me. This one feels more real. Great quality too!
