Works great!
The overbelt straps overlap seems wierdly reversed but they lay flat and stay firm so overall this belt works great once put on carefully. Good value and gives needed back support. Itâs made so it doesnât have curling edges and does not show if worn under a slim-ish t-shirt or Henley.

Received brace yesterday and have been wearing it during the daytime. At this time, I am very satisfied with the relief I’ve gotten while wearing it. If it continues to provide relief, I will probably give it 5 stars. It looks somewhat more cumbersome than it is once it’s put on and I’m not feeling the thickness I had expected when I opened it from the package. I especially like that it is wider and gives more overall support, different from another brand I’ve been wearing. Once on, it can be moved or adjusted to exactly where you find the most relief, even when it’s as tight as you can get it. With my previous brace, I found I was having to take less pain medication, and I have not had to take ANY with this new one, which is GREAT since I don’t want to take any. Addiction has always been a concern of mine, the fear of that happening is foremost on my mind. I may be my own worst enemy since I have a habit of not taking med when I really should have. I would recommend this brace to anyone I know who has the same or similar problem that I have with lower back and hips.

This was intended to help me with sciatic pain during movement. However, with movement, it rode up and no longer was supporting my lower back. Even breathtakingly tight, it rode up. I do not know if it was the shape of my body or the structure of the brace/support.

Difficult to use.
The support is fine after you learn how to secure it around your waist. Velcro pads are located in places that make it difficult to attach around the waist. I will not buy another one as I prefer the other models.

Used this back brace to help with pulled muscle in lower back. I found it to be very helpful and most important it fits my small frame so that makes it comfortable for me. It def aides in relieving the pain. I would recommend this brace if your looking for one

The best £21.00 I’ve spent in years.Having had a lumbar puncture which left me with excruciating back pain I thought I’d look for a belt to support my back.Well this belt is working for me like a trooper. I wear it under and over clothes. The Velcro is strong and does not itch my skin nor snag my clothes. I within two days of wearing I could feel the effect its having and the support feels comfortable as it’s easy to adjust. I’m very grateful for this purchase.
