Iâm trying to quit smoking and at this point Iâm grabbing anything that might help, in 2 weeks Iâve gone from a pack a day down to 2 morning cigarettes, that Iâm pretty confident I could go without now, but Iâm having trouble letting it go for some reason. This really helps in social settings, after I got over my anxiety of breathing out a metal tube in public. Once I explained what it was and why I was using it I was met with curiosity and support, as everyone is invested in my progress and some have even asked where to get one for themselves, not just smokers, but people who have anxiety and nervous habits like biting their nails. I suppose you could just carry a straw around, and get the same benefits, but this is a much more attractive way to manage, and can be used as a gift to show support. Itâs nice enough to wear, but I like to wrap it around a belt loop and keep it in my pocket since I already wear my favorite necklaces.
