Take these to lower liver enzymes!
Iâm a drinker. I love making classic cocktails, especially tiki cocktails. I make all my own syrups, I use the best ingredients, but I also like a good olâ Bacardi gold and coke. I try to limit my drinking to the weekends, but sometimes I make dinner, and how does one make dinner without drinking wine, or margaritas (depending on whatâs for dinner)? So needless to say when I went to the doctor she was not happy with my bloodwork.
My liver enzymes were elevated so she sent me in for an ultrasound. The ultrasound didnât show anything (phew), but still, elevated liver enzymes are no good. A couple nights later I was home and saw some milk thistle drops in the fridge. I asked my kids about it and they said the vet prescribed it to one of our ducks bc she was having liver issues. I thought well if it works for ducks, it probably will work for me. I did research of course, and found these. Iâve been taking them for a couple months, almost nightly, and when I went for blood work recently, my liver enzymes were perfect! Which is amazing bc Iâve been drinking more than ever, almost every day for a month and a half. Iâve been out of work with sciatic nerve pain, and have daily pity parties, and whatâs better at a party than some g and tâs?
Iâm not saying anyone should be drinking this much, itâs bad for you, while my liver enzymes were normal, everything else was up, but this milk thistle seemed to help my liver. And how much easier could it be? These are easy to swallow, theyâre no bigger than most of the supplements I take, they have no gross taste or smell.
I would never tell anyone to take a supplement without doing their own research, but these seem to be keeping my liver healthy, I would recommend and I will keep taking these. Now if I could find a supplement to lower my cholesterol, a1c, belly fat, I need to do more research.

I take this for liver cleansing
I have no idea if this works to cleanse my liver. I trust the experts on supplements. I also stopped consuming any alcohol so if my liver enzyme numbers went down, I wouldnât know which helped. I did my research, so I think I picked a good one. The capsules are smaller than my other supplements and is very easy to swallow. Itâs hard to figure out how many stars to give it.
