I thought it would work.I assembled the machine put the liquid in etc. And I thought I would try one and the suction but it did not work. So I had to return this machine. I want to know if this is a common issue. My daughter has one and loves it. I wanted an exchange but was told it had to be a complete return. And then rd buy it. Why couldnât they just do a exchange?

Missing piece
My machine is missing the main handle piece which is the abrasion I’m so disappointed I spent so much on Th machine to not really be able to use it now I like all the other piece work fine and came with package so anyone know where I can get the piece from

I have been trying to contact Anbotek, Amazon and warehouse96 via phone, Email and website. The machine stopped suction and I have done everything I can to trouble shoot. My paperwork says that I have a 1 year warranty and says to contact via Amazon mail if there are problems and â we will help you ( including free replacement or reissue of accessories)âAmazon insists I have to contact the company directly. No one will answer my calls or emails. I spent $300 + on this machine and I would just like for it to work. If this is a truely legitimate company they will contact me back and make good on the product. I am not done trying to get this resolved.
