Not the PUMP some claim ( for me )
I have tried this supplement before (multiple brands, over the years) and not gotten the “full pump” nor “huge pump” when adding it as a pre &/or intra workout. I just do not think this does anything close to what L-Citrulline, Pine Bark, and Arginine HCL (and several others) do in a pre/intra workout.I have been making my own supps. for over 10 years and do not buy much from this vendor, but more often from a place in California, and a place in Oregon. However, the Glycerol has not given me the ‘pump’ ‘swole’ feeling as some claim.So no ‘blame’ or such goes to this vendor…. it just isn’t something that i FEEL when i take it & exercise, but everyones body is different.

NOTE TO LIFTERS COMING FROM GORILLA MODE. NOT SAME QUALITY!!
For reference, my first introduction into glycerol was with the powdered gorila mode glycerol. It was great. Clearly glycerol has the potential to be a great pre-workout pump supplement. This brands glycerol, however, is not even comparable to gorilla mode glycerol. Note: I took the same dose (10g) with both brands. 1. It has a different, more clumpy texture than gm glycerol, which raised red flags. Why would it be any different texture wise? 2. The bag I received (my first bag) was contaminated with brown specks. And as you can see from other reviews, this has happened to lots of customers. You CANNOT return the bag, despite one reviewer saying he did and saying the customer service is great. Read the return policy. That alone is enough to not buy this product. Clearly they cannot reliably ship the glycerol and keep it intact. 3. My anecdotal experience taking this glycerol was way worse compared to Gm glycerol. The Gm glycerol I could tell immediately was working, this, though? Nothing. Literally did not work.I was very excited when I saw that you could buy powdered glycerol from this brand as gorilla mode took their powdered glycerol off the market and moved to a more expensive (per serving) liquid glycerol. I donât really care about the powder so it made sense to buy this brand. Now I just feel like I got scammed. It was contaminated, ineffective, and I cannot return it or even file a claim. Do not buy this. Glycerol is great, but not from this brand. Buy either gorilla mode liquid or ekkovision hydro prime.Hope this helps others with the same interest in this product for preworkout purposes.

Crazy, almost painful pumps.
With all the hype around the new pump product from the brand that rhymes w Revogen I did my research to find the active ingredient. You can buy this for pennies on the dollar compared to that so I figured it was worth a shot. I used it on arm day and by the time I was warmed up I was PUMPED. Definitely recommend for the price. Note: probably won’t use on back day, seems like that kind of back pump would be too much.
