I am recovering from an injury that caused a herniated L4 and spinal stenosis about a year ago. I just took this on a plane to Las Vegas and used it (along with a back brace) to navigate the strip. I had no issues with TSA. It breaks down easily and fits under plane seats. I did add some self-adhesive sports wrap to the handle for grip. I am in my 30s and at 6’2 tall, I didn’t want a traditional cane… this works well and keeps you in the proper posture. The handle will start to spin itself loose after a couple days of use. Just retighten by hand, no biggy.

Lightweight and comfortable handle!
Really love this cane. Being in a stooped over position with a regular cane just caused more issues. Being able to stand straight in the correct position takes pressure off lower back. (Currently suffering from a pinched nerve in lower back.) It’s lightweight, but not flimsy. Handle is very comfortable. I definitely recommend it.

Years ago I bought one for a friend who was having a difficult time with steadiness on his feet. He is also a tall gentleman, and he liked the way it kept him upright with good posture. Fast forward a number of years, and I found myself in need of walking assistance. There was no hesitation on my part, I got on Amazon right away and ordered the Campbell cane, and just a few days later, I was able to get around the house more safely using the Campbell cane. I would recommend this to anyone who is thinking about a cane, the handle grip is so comfortable. I also ordered the 2nd tip as my friend liked the ability to have the ability to change the tip.

Disappointed. Be care full.
I’m a little disappointed with this cane due to having to continually screw the handle tight onto the cane after walking with it for a while, also the flat stand support for the cane will not allow the cane to remain standing when you let go,it will fall over. I had to purchase plumbers tape to prevent the handle from detaching it self,I also purchased a heavier base so that cane stands a little bit better when not being held. The strap on the cane is not secure,it will slide off of the cane, I have no idea when or where it came off.

I fractured multiple vertebrae and was advised to use a walking stick. I’ve been using an ordinary walking stick but I was worried it would make me less upright. It’s an expensive stick and takes a while to adjust to a slightly different way of using a walking aid, but I am hoping it will be okay. I really like that it’s easy to fold a stands on its own
