This handy little tool does the trick! It is easy to use and assists elderly to get in and out of car with ease. Size is perfect and can easily be store in glove box. Can also be used to break car glass in case of an emergency! An easy low cost fix!

The door handle is a Great product and very sturdy. BUT, not very useful getting into a car when the product is in the car and you have to reach to grab the product. My husband is very unsteady on his feet and this helps stabilize him getting in and out of the car. But he has to bend over to reach it when he is trying to get into the car. That throws off his balance. It is not like he can carry it into a store in his pocket since it is heavy and sturdy.

This little device which hooks easily into your car door latch to give you something to push against when you’re trying to stand up (or equally when you’re trying to sit down gently and safely) is truly remarkable. So simple yet so incredibly helpful. I’m 6′ 4″ and 230 lbs and it gives me absolute security when standing or sitting. It’s small, easy to carry in a large pocket or leave in the car. I would thoroughly recommend it.I haven’t used the strap-on hanging support yet, but it seems equally well made and certainly seems like it would support a lot of weight. I’m sure I’ll find a use for it at some point, but clicking it over the frame of the open car window seems like an excellent aid for standing or sitting. These two items together are sturdy, highly recommended by me and a bargain at the price!
