Perfect aid for elderly getting into the back seat of an SUV
Works perfectly for aiding my elderly family member into my SUV. The extra handhold location is perfect for them in the back seat when they cannot reach the fold-down handle above the door. I just tuck it under the front seat headrest so it is not dangling and stays out of the way when not needed.

Durable and strong.
My wife is an ambulatory wheelchair user and I recently bought these straps to give her extra hand holds while getting in her car. I attached one to her drivers side visor, because there is no handle for her to use. This works great as it hangs down making it easy for her to reach, and use to pull into the car. This also works better than a door side handle because we are both in larger bodies, and this way the handle does not make the car door more narrow. The handle is easy to tuck up out of the way while driving. Overall this product seems durable as well- the strap shows no signs of wear after three months of use.

Very sturdy and well made.
I have a difficult time getting in my SUV since being in the hospital fighting for my life with Covid. Rehab didnât help my strength at all. I got these to add to my doors to help me lift into my seat. I am able to move myself with this device. There are two in the package but I only use one. Nice to have extra though. A definite plus for me, also as a larger person, to have extra steadying aid. I highly recommend this product. I have already of several alternative uses for it.

Double Duty
I am handicapped, and use these to help me get in and out of a car. But recently found a second use for them…to lift my legs to put on my shoes, socks, and pants! I found these much easier to use than the long “lifters” that you can find on handicap sites

Car handle
It was too far away when we put it on the window to use. Our next thought was to put it on the handle on the inside above the passenger head, it works perfectly there for me there. I am a limited paraplegic so I have little use of my legs and it is a wonderful tool to use.

Nope
Did not for us!

be aware of weight limitations
I am a double amputee above knee and I was transferring out of my wheelchair into my front passenger side of my vehicle using all my weight hanging by the handle and swinging into the car when the locking plastic mechanism broke and left me freefalling to the blacktop in the parking lot. I weigh 145 lbs. so I feel the 350lbs. load limit stated is way overstated. Please be careful during use and have a spotter which I did just in case of the unforeseen.

Works well to help seniors to access my car
I use these handles to help my 99 year old friend into and out of the back seat of my SUV. Its strong and sturdy. Easy to place and remove when I have to drive her somewhere once a week.

These are amazing. They are strong sturdy. They are great for getting in the back of a van if you were not very tall.

To assist handy cap seniors to get into our van, as well as anyone that needed a little extra security getting in
TANG Donald –
Serves the functions as described. However, if the strip can be about 6 inches (or 15 cm) longer, it will be perfect.
Richard –
The strap is very short, its not ver yadjustable, not sure what it can be used for maybe a small car. I cant find a pratical use for I own a lalrge SUV, not recommended

Not long enough for SUV and five foot tall 87 year old.
