Carlson’s Super Omega 3 Gems
Carlson’s fish oil omega 3 supplement is an excellent product and one of the very few that has gel capsules made with beef and not pork gelatin, which is absolutely vital for me. I have used it for years and would highly recommend it to others.

Decent taste, quality Omega-3 Fish Oil
This is probably one of the best Omega-3’s you can find in the market. Thankfully, after taking it daily for a few months, I have not experienced any strange side effects, such as diarrhea, constipation, upset stomach, etc. I generally will take it after eating breakfast and that’s worked well for me. It’s a reasonable size and I’ll drink about a glass of water when I take it. I have noticed some improvements in my mood and energy levels, so in that sense, you could argue it’s effective. Also, it doesn’t have too much of a “fishy” taste as some other Omega-3 pills I have taken.

There should be a warning on thebottle’s label that this product is not compatible with certain blood pressure medication especially beta blockers.I wasn’t happy that the supplement caused problems with Metoprolol my blood pressure medication and I had to stop taking the supplement. An expensive purchase.
