Makes all my joint and back feel better and lubricated, if that makes sense. Great buy if u move a lot or have pain and aches for any reason.

Big improvement in lower back / hip pain and stiffness. Makes my stomach a little off.
My pain and stiffness have dramatically improved. I read in another comment that pairing devil’s claw with a glucosamine / chondroitin /ms supplement would have a synergistic effect. So I started taking the devil’s claw along with a Move Free supplement, and I do think it loosened up my hip even more. Either that, or it’s because I’m walking more, due to the pain relief.My one negative about these pills is that they make my stomach a little gurgly. Not a huge problem, and not as bad when taken with food, but I don’t like that feeling. It might be from the magnesium stearate that’s in these pills. For this reason, I prefer the devil’s claw drops, with don’t contain magnesium and don’t give my stomach that gurgly feeling. They taste horribly bitter, but the taste is over with in seconds. I prefer that over my stomach feeling off.

Use Catâs Claw with Devilâs Claw
One reviewer stated that he weighed the capsules and they only contain 350 mg, not the 1,000 mg stated. Even so, Carlyle has the most effective (reasonably-priced) Devilâs Claw supplement Iâve found.For me, combining Catâs Claw with it gives the best effect. A friend gets her best results from Catâs Claw alone. I notice a difference if I donât take the Carlyle DC (or take an also-ran). I definitely amp up the results with the Catâs Claw.You might check into the research where the nightshade family veggies, which are tomatoes, potatoes, peppers and eggplant, exacerbate arthritis symptoms in about 1/3 of arthritis sufferers. Iâd probably be symptom-free if I could give up homegrown tomatoes!
