Much easier to swallow the liquid than a huge tablet The centrum adult liquid multi vitamin still gives me my boost every the Citrus flavour has a pleasant taste. I wish that they would do a womens 50+ in liquid form highly recommend this product

Decent idea if you drink a lot and dislike pills. Flavor wise its just ok. Easy to measure. Bottle design could only prove so you don’t have to rinse the measuring cup each time. Pretty costly per serving.
