    I have not the best diet for nutrition, but taking Centrum Men’s Multivitamin/Mineral, for the last several years, must be working. My bloodwork with my Primary and Specialist doctors have very good numbers, and, I rarely feel fatigue. Just 1-pill a day is so simple to do. The pill is a little large, but it goes down easy with little to no taste.
