Great Multivitamin for Women 50+
I’ve been taking Centrum Silver Women’s Multivitamin for a while now and it has been a solid addition to my daily routine. The blend of Vitamin D3, B Vitamins, and other essential nutrients has definitely helped in supporting my overall health, memory, and cognition. I also appreciate that it’s made with non-GMO ingredients.
The only reason I’m not giving it a full 5 stars is because the pills are a bit large, making them somewhat difficult to swallow. However, the health benefits certainly outweigh this minor inconvenience.

Good vitamin mineral combination
I have used this vitamin for years. I think it has generally protected me from deficiency. Interesting note, read an article that a good vitamin can help get you through lean times whan food is scarce. Tablet is not extremely large. I have no trouble swallowing. No odor or taste.
