Updated review: 5/2024- The seller had reached out to me regarding the quality of the unit and offered a replacement unit. The replacement unit is better in term pf quality, the back is not falling out, the readings are consistent. I would say this unit is made specifically for young kids, age ranges 10 and under as it fits little fingers better than the regular sized.-Customer service was prompt and professional. Shipping was quick. I didnât expect the replacement offer, but very appreciate that they took care of their customers in such a way.Flimsy unit, the back cover keeps falling off. Itâs very small too, it wonât last long. The machine wouldnât start up properly most of the time, it wonât give a reading. I have to reset over and over a handful of times to get it to work. Thus, not sure if I could trust the results it gives.

I feel much more at ease!
I purchased this after having a scare a previous year with our young child. She had gotten very sick in the night and said that she couldn’t breathe. Of course I was instantly panicking and thinking the worse. We had an adult pulse ox that we tried on her and it gave me a reading and in my mom gut I felt comfortable with her symptoms and what she was experiencing. The early morning I took her into the doctor where she was diagnosed with the flu and an ear infection. We live in a small town where the nearest hospital is quite a ways away so I wanted to put more confidence in myself when it comes to dealing with any medical problems with our children. I decided to purchase this to have for the next time one of the children in our home were sick. It wasnt long after purchase that my daughter was experiencing the same symptoms and it was like deja vu with how she looked and sounded. I immediately used this and it gave me an accurate reading. That along with other tell tale signs that she was indeed getting oxygen assured me that she wasn’t in need of emergency medical attention. The next day we took her into our family doctor and they gave her a script and sent us on our way. This is very accurate and I think it is important that every home have one with kids. It’s sometimes hard for kids to express how they’re feeling and this takes the guess work out of it.

Itâs a bad unusable product
This product never really worked. Infant hands are too small for this product to work. Toddler hands are big enough for an adult sized oximeter. Itâs really a useless product that I wish I could return.

I like that is specifically designed for childrenâs small fingers. The bright screen makes reading the results easy. Itâs lightweight so I can carry it with wherever, compact so I can leave it right on my daughterâs bedside. It comes with two batteries which was great because when we got it we needed it for immediate use. The operation is easy. I just place it on her finger, and in seconds, it delivers accurate readings of blood oxygen saturation and pulse rate.

The product is designed for children, but also fits all adult fingers. So we didn’t have to buy a new adult oximeter. Quality looks good and oxygen level seems correct. We also compared the heart rate measured by this device with the Apple Watch and other Smart Watch, it seems completely accurate. Overall, the quality and performance are good. We like the family design.They used this oximeter when we last went to check for our baby. When I asked the doctor, he said that it would be good to have one at home and in some cases you may need to look at it, this device will be very useful when you need to look at it. We are very happy with this cute oximeter.
