Customers say
Customers find the pulse oximeter accurate, easy to use, and appreciate its good design and faster readings compared to blood pressure monitors. They like its functionality and pulse rate monitoring capabilities. The battery life receives mixed feedback, with one customer noting it eats up AA batteries quickly, while the software quality is criticized as abominable.

Seems to work well
My 95 year old father is in rehab at a skilled nursing facility. I guess he has poor circulation because whenever they put the finger oximeter on him we have to wait a long time to get a reading. We were spending a lot of his therapy time waiting to get his oxygen readings. This device was able to get it very quickly, even faster than the blood pressure readers on the wheeled stands they were using on him. It seems to be accurate, the only way I know to check the calibration would be to do a blood oxygen lab. 5 stars for how quickly it gets a reading. I also like the telemetry it displays. Could it be better? Yes, it would be nice if it had some other options, like maybe a rechargeable battery, different length cords, other things. But for what I purchased it for it does a good job and I am sure it is as accurate as the finger versions. He is able to do more therapy and less time waiting for readings.

Really nice little unit.
Nice little product. It data logs and has a software for a PC that allows download and review of that data. There are alarms for both the pulse rate and the oxygen level. These can be set where you want them. One down side is that the low power mode still backlights the display and the unit still uses a ton of power. The batteries last less than two nights. The worst part of this is that you have to reprogram the device when it goes dead. All in all this is a nice little unit. The software is a little clunky but it doesnât take long to figure out. Iâve recommended it to a couple of people.

Very happy with purchase
Bought this to monitor my SPO2 because of Covid. The smaller units that cost around $25.00 kept giving me different readings. The finger clip has a bright led like the ones in the hospital and gives fast accurate readings. This unit has a lot of options for saving your data I probably will never use but being able to accurately check your SPO2 level it’s worth the extra money. Very easy to use

Great pulse oxi!
This handheld pulse oxi is great. We compare this oximeterwith a rental one, and the readings are basic the same. Itâs accurate and easyto use. We love the alarm feature, it loud enough to hear it from next room. Weâvebeen using it for a month now, and so far everything seems great. The customerservice is very helpful too. They are willing to help us to get the right sensorand answer to questions patiently. Overall, we think this is the greatest pulseoxi in the market.

Infant sensor works half the time.
When it works it is great, but that is only half the time. The adult sensor works great, the pedi sensor works on my hand, but looses signal, or goes from 87% p60 to 99% p130 split sec without notice when on my infant. Got it for my infant. Be nice if it worked as well on her as it does on me. I know they have diff sat norms than adults its not that. Its bad readings or no readings just with pedi sensor. The sensor doesnt move on my infants foot either. Ill try a disposable prob from er and see how that works. Need more setting adjustments, alarm control, and volume control.

I t’s okay. The software is abominable, Thus I give it a three stars. Whoverever wrote the software apparently hasn’t tried to print out or correllate any of the information it records. The sensor comes with an extension to plug it into the unit, for no apparent reason. It does not come with an ac power supply (sold separately) and eats up e AA batteries fairly quickly. Perfusion index is on a separate page of the display. All in all it is not really worth the price since I am finding more little aggravating things daily. I am seriously considering returning the unit.

Perfect Oximeter – with customizable alarm!
After looking for a long time for the right oximeter to suit our needs, this one is absolutely perfect. In addition, customer service at CMI is professional and efficient. You can use it with batteries or with the AC adapter available reasonably priced on their website. If you are a caregiver and have need for an oximeter, this one is as perfect as you can really get. It has fully customizable levels for both oxygen and pulse and also has a pediatric mode (there is a pedi finger sensor available on their website, too, as well as an extension cord for the finger sensor). The alarm is loud enough to wake us up when we need to take care of our loved one but not so loud that it is too jarring. It is such a life-saver in that we feel like we can actually sleep knowing that this oximeter will alert us when needed….. I highly recommend it!!!
