Everything your college student needs
This kit is perfect for my freshman college student. While the quantity of each item is limited, it is certainly enough to get him through until he can go to Student Health or the pharmacy. I like how things are arranged in an easy to follow manner and the card with instructions is also very helpful. It is very cost effective since, again, you don’t need a lot of each item, and if you were to pay for a whole package of each, you would be looking at a lot of wasted money. Definitely a good purchase.

Best Purchase I Ever Made for College
This was purchased for my daughter during the COVID-19 pandemic, and she has constantly told me that it is the best thing ever! It has come included with every medicine she could ever need and in smaller quantities – no wasting money on a large bottle of medicine she will only need once. I will say that it doesn’t include Zyrtec, which she uses for her allergies, but it does come with a generic form of Benadryl. Additionally, it comes with an instruction manual for using the medicine and first aid kit, so if she isn’t sure about what to use or how much, she can reference it. She hasn’t had to use the first aid kit yet, which I am thankful for, but mentions that it is good quality (which I trust since she is Red Cross-certified). For anyone with latex allergies – the gloves included are latex, so do make sure to purchase your own if necessary. One thing to mention is that there is a refill for both the medicine and the first aid kit available on their website, so if you run out, you can buy more. All-around great purchase!

I started to make my own first aid kit to send with my new college Freshman. Most kits are for cuts etc not really for cough/colds/allergy etc. Found this one made by a Doctor and loved how it was divided into sections with *info cards* that makes me feel better that they won’t just randomly take things, but hopefully read through what to use and how much to take for each ailment. More expensive than other brands, but worth it. This kit + EmergenC packets will hopefully keep him out of the infirmary so often.
