Well Made
This brace is comfortable and well made. It can be worn for extended periods. It is great for posture. However, I would not recommend wearing any brace while sleeping at night. It is easy to put on and adjustable for a good fit. The directions say it is only hand washable.

Well made correct sizing
it’s well made in the USA, it’s 8″ in the back and 5.5″ in the front. The ribs have a soft rubber on the side facing in to help keep it from sliding around. I’ve purchased a lot of compression wraps over 20 yrs and this is comfortable. I think the sizing chart is correct for the l/xl. I’m a 37″ waist and fits great. I really like the added pull tabs on the ends of the outer stretch bands to grip that don’t have velcro, very handy when pulling them on and with removal. o it’s the one thing I’ve noticed missing on others I’ve used.

Quality brace.
Definitely helps stabilize my back. With a herniated disk and another profused disk this was recommended by my physical therapist for work. I do lots of bend and squatting and this definitely helps my posture so I stay pain free.

My wife loves it
I had bought one of these for my size over a year ago. I won’t work on my property without it. My wife’s back started bothering her. I had her try mine on just to see if she could feel the support, though mine was too big for her to use. She said she thought it would help. So, I bought one for her. She absolutely loves it. It gives her the support she really needs. It gets a little warm when working while it’s on. But that’s a small sacrifice to pay to get the support we need. Like I mentioned, I’ve had mine over a year and it’s not showing signs of wearing out. Easy to recommend.

On the plus side this has been good for my sciatica and when worn over a t shirt it is comfortable. Unfortunately when worn on bare skin there are silicone strips that aggressively stick to your skin and make it hurt to remove. Additionally sizing is difficult if you are on the line between small /medium and large/extra large
