Thi cold wrap is perfect, absolutely what was needed.I was diagnosed with both of my knees being bone on bone (No cartilage). These wraps apply the cold where I need it and stay in place very well. I recommend to anybody that needs a cold wrap. ( LONG LASTING).

Comfortable, easy to use
I tore my meniscus and needed something to replace my heating pad during a trip to the UK. This worked great. I like how it is oversized compared to others. I also like that it comes with 2 packs, so I could always have one frozen to rotate or one for cold and the other for heat. It’s easy to use and seems durable. It also fits well and stays in place, unlike other smaller types.

Gel packs not flexible when frozen
Well I really thought that this would help when my knee gets swollen and sore and I do have to admit the wrap is soft and comfortable and easy to attach however when I froze the gel packs they became too stiff to easily bend and form around my knee. Other than that they did stay frozen for a decent amount of time may be 15 to 20 minutes and after about 5 to 7 minutes I was able to finally bend one enough to be comfortable forming around my knee. I have not tried heating them up but it seems like they would work well for that purpose. So overall I have to take at least two stars off for not being flexible enough when frozen.
