I believe these pills have helped with that, but unfortuntely, I dont feel like Im getting any of the other “benefits” from it. I have suffered with hot flashes for almost two years. Didn’t want to do hormone replacement therapy. This is the first herbal supplement that actually worked. Have tried so many different supplements that didn’t work-but these do. I still have hot flashes occasionally but they are very brief and much less intense than they were. Absolutely life changing.
