I cannot attest to any health benefits that might be attributed to the solid copper ball. But it is pretty; it is heavy at well over one pound; it is amusing to toss from one hand to the other (move breakables out of the way); and, for me, just a fun little thing to have around.

Iâm a fan of Cu, purely for its colour. This balls are nicely manufactured, the laser edging of the brand is a nice touch, it is a display of proud and satisfaction by American Ayurveda. The size I got is 1.5 inch and the weight is 260g. Itâs a good addition to my copper fidget spinner.

I bought the 1.5â first and I liked it so much that I end up Buying the 2â too. They are hand finished so there were a few dents or flat spots around which were disappointing. Itâs not an obvious imperfections but they werenât hard to see or feel. Overall they are really nice to look at and feel really nice in the hand.
