Nice fit and stirdy.
I wear it at work for 12hrs, my job requires high physical activities. My back started to give up on me after my first child. It’s not heavy and does its job! It’s night and day, with and without it at work.Female, wears medium in general, fits nice.

Great brace. Poor velcro
I love these braces but if I use them too often, the Velcro wears out and wonât grip any longer. Itâs a shame because the brace itself works really well for my lower back pain.

Velcro stops working after heavy usage
At first, I loved it, very comfortable and flexible. But after a month of wearing and a few rounds of golf, the straps started slipping off. The Velcro on the straps eroded and wouldn’t hold anymore if you tightened them. I had to use strong Acco clips to keep from throwing it away. Disappointed.
