Small Fit the Guy Perfectly; Excellent Support & Comfortable to Wear
The small fits the person perfectly – a slim male considered a lightweight. This provides the exact support he needed, as he lifts heavy items a lot. It does not impede movement, and it is light enough to not be annoying while wearing this. This is a top brand and the price was well worth it. Seems to be durable and will last quite a while before needing replacement.

Not worth the moneyâs
This back brace is ok, it doesnât have a lot of support for someone with severe back problems, but is perfect for like an active person that plays sports and walks a lot. It does help the pain a little bit , but I was expecting more relief. The design is good and itâs very durable and comfortable but like I said not for people with severe back issues. Thanks

Love it, firm and adjustable enough for everyone!
I purchased the large/extra large but I am only 5ft with a short waist span and it was too wide in the back for my size. I set up to return it and decided to try it on my husband who is 6ft tall. It fits him perfectly and he likes it very much so I cancelled the return and I am reordering the small/medium for me. Even being too large, I could tell that it was going to be firm enough to help my back. I have 3 others here from different companies and this one by far has the most back support and ability to adjust as needed.

Muscle Spasms in Lower Back .. YEs
Somewhat common in a year for me to pull a lower back muscle, this was the perfect support getting me easily out of the chair. I washed mine first and its really comfortable and supportive. I guess the velcro hasp is a bit indeterminate but it works great.

Works for only a few months
It was great at first, but it quickly developed a tear in the seam making the grip losen. Also the velcro for the main strap has given up and the two small straps are all that hold it on. For the price and brand name I thought it was going to be worth it, but it seems I would have been better off buying a cheaper one…

Compared to another belt I have, it doesn’t get as tight, but supports the back well enough, since the support is distributed over a wider area. I now use this belt exclusively. Possibly, a smaller belt might have a tighter fit.
