XL if you have No muscle dont buy
I can only attest to extra large. I don’t have muscle in my legs and this is the correct size for me. But because I do not have muscle in my legs, it digs into the Flesh and rolls down. So the rubber on the top portion to keep it in place doesn’t have any effect if you’re not sturdy it just rolls right down. if you’re an extra large person with flabby legs don’t buy this product.

Both knees are bone on bone and I want to avoid surgery as long as possible. These braces are comfortable, and easy to wash. (I don’t put them in the dryer, though.) They give good support and stability and don’t roll down or bunch up like other knee braces I’ve had. I don’t know if the “copper” does anything extra, but I figured it couldn’t hurt to try. I can wear them all day and feel secure in my walking, that my knees won’t give out on me.
