I just received this water pic yesterday and so far everything seems to be functioning well. Even though it does have a lg reservoir I still need to refill it. The instructions saved me when after it suddenly stoppedâ¦. I thought the unit was defective. The device has an auto shut off at 2 minutes that I wish it didnât have. Iâd rather it auto shut off when empty. Would make more sense. Also, itâs ez while using it to accidentally hit the water off switch in the hand held wand. You eventually learn to not touch it unless itâs needed. Itâs much quieter and more powerful than any âwater picâ Iâve ever owned. For nowâ¦. 5 stars

My dentist recommended I get a water pic after some major dental work. I reviewed many different water pics before I purchased this one. Good choice. Like the magnetic handle and the way the cord curls into the base of the water pic. So easy to use. Iâve only used the lowest setting and that really has worked well. This was not the cheapest nor the most expensive. In my opinion, just the best.
