I canât make up my mind about this supplementI take the capsule whole and havenât noticed much weight loss. I bought it for nutritional value. However, the directions say 2 capsules up to 3 times a day. Iâm taking one per day and not everyday. Sosomeone taking the full dose may notice what they claim but I do not and it will be my first and last bottle
