These Culturelle womenâs wellness probiotic chewables are easy to chew but they taste chalky and too artificially sweet for my taste. This is not a big issue. I take a tablet first thing in the morning with a big glass of water. I am a big believer in probiotics and these probiotics seem to work well to promote regularity which is great.
