Iâve never added anything to my water and steered clear of âelectrolyteâ drinks like Gatorade due to their ingredients. Recently I came across Cure due to it being Paleo and the fact itâs made with coconut water which is great for you but never been up to my taste standards. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of ingredients and ease of use. Iâve purchased multiple packages of Blood Orange, Strawberry Kiwi and Lime and all have dissolved easily with no clumping. The taste is excellent, Blood Orange is my favorite, but Strawberry Kiwi is a good second choice for mixing it up. I typically dissolve one packet a day in my water bottle which is 32 oz. Iâve always drank a gallon of water a day and while I havenât changed the actual ounces consumed Iâve found Iâm more hydrated and have been shedding pounds faster without a change to diet or exercise. Cure has become a staple in my health routine!

The best for mamas
Iâm obsessed! Cute is my new favorite. Iâm a breast feeding mama and this increases my milk supply. My go to flavors are lime and lemonade. I also like getting the variety packs sometimes to switch it up. These taste so much better than liquid iv and other brands and they are more reasonably priced. They are sweetened with stevia and monk fruit! I drink one a day and it helps a ton with hydration!

Cure is a good choice
The flavor is a bit weak, but it tastes good. I really like that it’s coconut water powder as the base. I’ve like all 3 flavors I’ve tried & love they aren’t loaded with sugar & salt.

Taste is good. Did not upset my stomach or cause any issues. Seems to have a good vitamin content. The easy of taking them when travelling is nice – I brought them on my cruise.

Small stick size, not worth the price
I’ve tried many different brands of electrolyte powders, but I don’t think this one’s worth the price. The sticks contain a pretty small amount, twice as less as another brand that I like, and the price is almost the same. The flavor is good, I just have to add 2 sticks per 1 water bottle. They use stevia instead of cane sugar, which is good if you care about sugar intake. Wish they had some variation with zinc and vitamin C added to these packets for immune support.

I was looking for a quality hydration that tasted delicious and Iâve finally found it! The ingredients are clean and the taste is great! Iâve tried both grapefruit and lemonade and like them both equally! Having individual packets is very convenient also.
