Great pre work out and not to strong i take it about 30 minutes before work out and get enough energy for a good 45 minute work out.

Good if caffeine give you anxiety.
I can’t handle anything stronger than a cup off coffee or I get anxious. This does give a energy boost I’d say about as much as a cup of black tea. The pump is good, and the boost of energy went away after about 30 minutes which is good if you either can’t do caffeine or workout at night. I got the strawberry and to my amazement it tasted really good. So a little boost of energy, no jitters, decent pump, solid product. I took one scoop and I wait about 20 minutes then go lift.

Great stim free for late afternoon workouts
I started Amplify because I was working out in the evenings after work and didn’t want the caffeine of other pre-workouts to interfere with my sleep. I also am not a fan of beta-alanine as I don’t like the tingle it gives me so trying to find one that didn’t have either was quite a challenge.I like the feeling I get when I take some Amplify before my resistance training. I feel like it does enhance my workout pump and experience and the flavor is great.

I read the reviews…I purchased this stuff…and it works. You MUST understand 2 things.#1 This stuff is strong. On the side of the jar it shows measurements for 2 types of people…ones that are used to taking pre work out and those who don’t I have been using pre workout stuff for years and used 1.5 scoops. Big mistake. Felt weird…jittery…I backed off to one scoop in 32 oz of water and it is perfect. Also…this stuff does not start to work until about 30 minutes. I was using it as a drink while working out. That does not work well. You need to be drinking this stuff BEFORE you work out. 30 min before. Now I have learned…this stuff is great. I would recommend.

I was impressed! being a long time user of “pre-workout” drinks,They have been all the same caffeine,followed by a sour stomach and a thirst,and crash! Just took my first scoop today! WOW! I had power when I needed it ! I didn’t even realize I was ridding into a light head wind! I just kept chugging along at a nice quicker than normal pace! I bid not even find a wall or run into one like I usually do in about 18 miles I could pump all the way hone and felt great! I was worried about the price point,BUT I can safely say that this product was the best that I have EVER used ni my 10 years of making this run! THANK YOU! You got a customer for life!

After training on and off for over 20 years i have gone through a lot of supplements.This is great stuff, I get a cracking pump when I use this pre work and its none stim for those sensitive to caffeine.As I stack this with prevail. 1 scope prevail 2 scoops amplify. (prevail contains stimulus)It does the trick and works for me, but as with all supplements everybody will react differently.Cheaper on amazon than from his home page if you are uk based.

Would have to say this is the worded preworkout I have used and the the first time I used it it made me feel sick and I have been taking it for 2 weeks and feel like it does nothing and have know gone back to my previous preworkout and that one works with in 10 mins of taking it so save your money and find a difrent brand as this stuff donât do anything
