This journal is beautifully put together- I like the soft white cover with the recessed lettering- and there are A LOT of pages. There are quotes on each day’s pages, as well as places for you to break down what movement you’re doing, how you are feeling, to do lists, top priorities, schedule and affirmations- even a place to log your meals. It came very well packaged and in a bubble envelope encased with a box. If you are into this type of thing, I recommend.

Iâve always loved the idea of journaling but Iâve never been able to get into it â much less make it a consistent practice. Iâve tried tons of journals and planners, but this Kosha Fit journal has everything Iâve been looking for (and things I didnât even know I was wanting). The structure/framework of each page is spot on and each section helps me get into my flow for the day. It feels therapeutic filling out this journal every day. I was wondering if it would feel flimsy and cheap, but Iâm impressed by the journalâs high quality. Itâs sturdy and it doesnât get damaged if I throw it into my bag when Iâm on the move. Iâm definitely going to order these as gifts for my best friends and sister. Highly recommend trying this journal!
