Hey all finally got to try out this thermometer… I gotta say I loved it. it was easy to set up and use. Easy to read. Easy to clean. The only issue I encountered with this one is the accuracy of the temperature. It read about 2 degrees cooler than it should but I can work around that. I think it was a decent price for the product. After reading the reviews I knew what I was getting into trying this one out. but the seller is trying to work out all of the bugs and have been really helpful in anyway I have needed so far. I think with a little bit of time they can have a solid product that would be worth it in the future. Keep working toward making it better!! When I need a new one I will most likely get another one of these. I can work around the small inconveniences it has.

Grossly Inaccurate Readings
Grossly inaccurate; at least 10 degrees off. Take my advice. Please. Test this thermometer to determine the boiling point of water BEFORE you burn four batches of hard candy. I do not recommend this product! I am highly disappointed with this purchase. Unable to return due to I already used it. Riddle me this. How can you tell your brand new candy thermometer doesn’t work accurately if you don’t use it first?

Perfect easy to use thermometer.
This perfectly suits my needs for checking the water temp of my souvide ( I make yogurt). It is super simple to use: push the button on top – thatâs all! Other features: It has an adjustable clamp for depth, the reader can swivel and tilt, it has optional Celsius. It already has a battery ( be sure to open the battery compartment and REMOVE the little paper that preserves the battery) and it comes with a spare! It also has a probe cover/protector for storage. Note: my version came with a 15 minute cut-off, which suits me. The seller let me know they also have a 90 minute cutoff version.The seller really cares.
