Excellent brand and product
I found myself down a rabbit hole of supplements by taking vitamins and minerals separately. It got a little too much to keep up with making sure to reorder and since I was already using the magnesium from this brand I decided to give this a try. I had been feeling very low energy before starting to take these but 2 days in I realized my energy levels were right back to normal. Iâm still on my first bottle but will definitely be reordering.

Great Multivitamin – with one little quirk
I’m one of those unlucky folks with the MTHFR gene mutation, so I need to pay close attention to the forms my vitamins come in so my body can actually use them. This is one of the best multivitamins out there with a very reasonable price compared to similar products.My ONLY complaint with it, and the reason for four stars instead of five… is it has WAY TOO MUCH vitamin B12 in the mix. B12 is water-soluble which means anything unused will flush out of your system, so stay hydrated when taking this formula–and don’t be surprised if your pee turns green. (I had no idea that too much B12 could do that until taking this formula…)

Good Multi-Vit for Men
Did some research and decided to go with Doctorâs Best for my husbandâs multi-vitamin. He isnât crazy over the fact that he now has to take 3 pills for one serving but I think the benefits of this vitamin outweigh that slight inconvenience. This vitamin is packed with important and essential nutrients for the price from a trusted brand. Will continue to purchase these as my husbandâs daily multi-vitamin.

I have used this brand of vitamins in other formulas in my senior years with great success, so when I found this multivitamin with everything I need, I was excited to try it! When I first opened the bottle and looked at the vitamins, I thought âyikes!â, because the serving size is 3 capsules and because they just looked huge (theyâre really not after I tried them!). I was also not clear on how I should take the threeâ all at once or one at three times a day. So I emailed the company to ask that and received a very PROMPT AND COURTEOUS RESPONSE that I will share since it may help someone else: âRegarding the dosage instructions, the recommended usage is to take 3 capsules daily after meals. You have the flexibility to take all three capsules at once or spread them out throughout the day. The key is to take them after meals for better absorptionâThat cleared up my confusion and since despite looking like âhorse pillsâ to me at first, they are EXTREMELY EASY TO SWALLOW!! So, I am 100% happy with these multivitamins and I highly recommend them !!
