Extremely accurate and good value!
I was told this was one of the best most accurate pulse oxomiters you could purchase. This is my second one, only because I like to have one in my wheelchair bag, and then one I use it home. This product is extremely accurate, and it has been a few years and it still works great! I have cardiac and pulmonary issues and rely on these daily. When my home health nurses would take my blood pressure and pulse manually, this pulse oximeter was always spot on. And, it is not more expensive than the other pulse oxomiters I researched!

Accurate!
Iâve never reviewed anything in my life, but Iâm so grateful for this product. Our 4 year old has asthma and when his sat read 88 at home, I made sure to bring this pulse ox to the ER with us to compare to the readings and check its accuracy. He looked and sounded fairly well but had been pretty sick the day before, so while I believed his sat might be below 95 I thought maybe our pulse ox was just inaccurate/reading low when it said 88.This pulse ox consistently read the same sat (+/- 1) as the monitors in the hospital. The heart rate had a little more variance but was still generally within 5bpm of what the hospital monitors read at any given time. The two pictures attached were taken at the exact same time. Iâm confident that the 88-89% readings at home were accurate, and Iâm grateful that I had this tool available. If I hadnât, I might not have taken our son to the ER until much later since he didnât look or sound that bad.My only complaint is that if it falls even 1ft to the floor, the piece on the back covering the battery compartment always pops off. But I do appreciate that it uses regular AAA batteries and not any smaller button batteries that would be harder to locate/pose more of a risk to our younger kids if ejected.

Easy to and read
Very nice oximeter and case. The price was incredibly reasonable compared to others I was looking at and they did not have a case.I would recommend this oximeter to friends.

Works Inconsistently
First one I ordered did not work at all, so returned for replacement. The replacement is inconsistent, sometimes must try multiple times to get a reading.
Verified purchase –
Reliable oximeter
I have had one since covid to monitor my family when sick and I bought another one to carry in my purse. It has a jacket to protect it. Shows your heart rate too.

Second one I have purchased because they’re decent.
This is my second one that I purchased because I find it to be reliable. It varies a degree or two, which is normal for these type of devices. You’re not going to find the same accuracy as you would at the hospital but this one is pretty darn close. I find that with time and use it does tend to get less accurate but for the price, it lasts long enough for me.
