Very helpful
These really help a lot to get both my elderly mother and father in and out of the car. Really great invention/idea. My father only weighs about 130 and he puts all his weight on it standing up from his wheelchair to get in the car with no problem. Very good quality.

This product is well made and does what is advertised, providing support as expected.By its very nature there are a few drawbacks to consider:1. The shape of your car window frame. You canât install this on a slope, so it will work better in some windows than others.2. I wouldnât leave it installed permanently for a variety of reasons; rain, sun, security.3. Installation requires turning car on to roll window down, then a quick clip and itâs in place. Reverse to uninstall. Itâs not a hard process but not convenient either. In the rain itâs a wet job for both the installer and the user. In extreme heat it wonât be fun either.4. It could be attached to the factory installed grab bar, which is easy if that position is usable for the person needing support. That would depend on the personâs need and mobility as well as the model of car and how the placement works.All that said, I donât think of another design that would work better. These things considered, Iâm glad I have it for days my husband needs the extra support, but I wonât be using it every time. Itâs small, so easy to keep it in the car for when itâs needed.

THIS IS A HELPFUL PRODUCT FOR GETTING INTO VARIOUS CARS.
I HAVE BACK PROBLEMS AND AM RECOVERING FROM KNEE REPLACEMENT SURGERY, I AM ONLY 4’9″, SO I HAVE MULTIPLE ISSUES GETTING IN AND OUT. I PURCHASED 2 DIFFERENT PRODUCTS FOR AID IN GETTING IN AND OUT OF VEHICLES AS I HAVE TO DEPEND UPON MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION AND NEVER KNOW WHAT KIND OF VEHICLE I WILL BE RIDING IN. THIS PRODUCT DOES HELP BEST WITH GETTIN IN AN OUT OF VEHICLES, BUT I ALSO OFTE NEED A STEP STOOL. HANGING ON TO THIS PRODUCT GIVES ME A MORE SECURE FEELNG.

Didnât last long.
Yes easy to use..grip was good. But didnât last long. While it lasted. It was helpful for a year. My mom only goes in car to for to Dr office or family visit⦠which wasnât very often.. sheâs 88.. I still have one left. Iâm surprised it didnât last as long cuz it seems very sturdy.

Strong and easily adjustable.
This is the second set of these I have purchased. Constant use and the tightness of my doors make these last about 3 years before giving out. Last pair were purchased February 2021.It can get tricky trying to reach out far enough to grab the door to close it. Especially if you just spent a bit of time getting IN the car to start with. “Just sticking your leg back out” to reach the door is not an option. These make it an easy reach.To install, unclip the belt buckle, open your window, put the strap through the window and over the door, and re-clip the buckle. Put it where you want it and roll up your window. If needed, you can adjust the length of the strap. I am so happy to have these! Excelent buy !!!!

Does not hold up
I attached this to my lift gate on my car to help me reach it. 2 pull downs and clip broke. I returned it ordered another one. 3 tries and clip broke so I tied it to the lift gate handle. It works but barely the clip canât handle cold weather Iâm thinking. You will have to tie it inside the door problem is you are stuck with the length.
