This device is awesome! Very well made with adjustable tension. It really builds arm and chest muscles. For the price, you canât beat something of such quality that works well.Suggestion on minor improvement, add an integral stay to hold bars together, when not in use, instead of the plastic clip provided.Strongly recommend!ð

Good enough.Has a weird “women weak men strong” sticker on the weight settings. Who’s that for? No one cares what setting you’re using it on. Everyone of every sort is at different levels with different goals.. pretty basic..Maybe a sticker with proper pose ideas would be cool. Or just like light workout vs strength workout mini guide. Something elseSettings don’t seem accurate weights either – as a beginner I was hoping it would last a while.But it’s something to do at your desk. Or if you have limited space.- Sounds like crinkling a bit on use.+ Doesn’t smell like plastic.+ Has useful little plastic lock pieces provided so it folds up well.

Great on the go machine
Granted Iâve only had this for two days now, but this was an amazing investment. I remember seeing it months back thinking it was too good to be true and ordered some dumbbells instead to work out at home with. However, since Iâve been more consistent at the gym, I would need to order new weights at this point and they arenât very portable.I work security and have some shifts exceeding 14 hours depending on the day. I can get pretty stir crazy at work and I wanted something that would get me results while on the clock. I did the same thing with forearm trainers back at my old job. I went browsing again and saw this device, and with all the great reviews I figured at this cost it was worth a shot.I can say with full confidence after a mere 8 reps per exercise in each position (also adding in a bicep variant where I have the device against my shoulder) I can feel myself getting a pump after my first set. Knowing I can easily transport it and store it aside at work, use it for quick workouts when I have downtime, and feel the burn after very little use⦠Iâm confident Iâll be seeing excellent results in no time.I can also tell it will be long while before I am strong enough to get up to the highest settings. I get better engagement than with weights and a stronger contraction than cables. It wonât eliminate my upper body days, as cables provide more stretch tension and weights are better for stabilization, but as a way to exercise at work I can say I donât think there is a better option out there.

So far so good. This little machine has a good amount of resistance I am enjoying the exercises it targets the upper body well. I find that sometimes the screws and nuts get a little loose so you must remember to tighten them. Im glad i brought this.
