Puts Out a Lot of Light
I ordered this light for my wife, who suffers at times with insomnia. One of the things she does as part of her treatment is to sit for short periods of time when she first gets up in front of a window that’s getting full sunlight. Her problem is what to do on cloudy mornings, and that’s why she had me order the light. It turned out to be a lot smaller than she expected, and she initially wanted me to send it back. I persuaded her to give it a chance, and now she likes it. I’ve also used the light in taking pictures of objects that need a lot of light. It’s small but puts out a ton of light.

Had My Doubts But This Works!
I’ve used this therapy light almost every morning since I purchased it. I’m weaning off now that daylight saving time is back. I was very surprised at how easy it was to work a half-hour exposure into my regular morning routine, once I realized I didn’t have to spend that time just staring into the light. I have definitely felt the beneficial effects of the light therapy. My only criticism is that the 10-minute option on the timer function doesn’t work on the one I received. Doesn’t really effect my use, though, because I prefer to set it for 30-minutes of exposure.

Doesnât last long
Ive had it less than 2 weeks now. It has begun shutting off shortly after I turn it on and will no longer reach its highest brightness setting. I have tried using the light with other usb cables and power adapters to see if they were at fault but the problem persists with the light itself. I am disappointed with this product. I was very happy with it while it was working properly but 2 weeks of 30 minutes a day shouldnât be itâs life span.

Subtle and effective
I use this light in the morning before dawn and at sundown. I have it next to my face on the side about 10 inches for about a half an hour. I have noticed a difference in my sense of well-being. Itâs subtle, but I can tell the difference and I recommend this lamp.

Great light
This is my first time using a therapy light and so far I notice mood change and that heavy feeling ease up when I do a session. It has easy use features and convenient to use most anywhere. I will definitely buy another one when this one quits and get some for other family members.
