Time-tested durability and functionality
I just lost this water bottle after many years of regular use at the gym, out and about, on trips, in my car cup holder, etc. Saddened, I checked my Amazon history to find that I had bought the bottle in 2018, a testament to its durability. It has outlasted any other water bottle that I’ve owned, including fancy (trendy) metal ones which often had cracked or broken lids after less frequent use. This Embrava bottle was easy to clean with a wide mouth and accessible/removable silicone gaskets, easy to drink from with one-handed operation, easy to grip with its texture and manageable diameter, and never leaked. Great value for the money. I rarely, if ever, write reviews, but this bottle deserved a shoutout for its stellar performance. My old water bottle and I shared some cherished memories and I will miss it, but I am purchasing a new one in hopes that it will serve me for many more years to come.

I finally found a water bottle I love…
I have been known to buy water bottles because they look nice and seem functional, only to realize they are too heavy, too bulky, don’t have a great water flow, leak, or are frustrating to use for any number of reasons. That trend stopped when I purchased this bottle. I love this water bottle!This is by far the very best water bottle I have ever used and it is well worth its price. The locking feature is wonderful, and this is truly leak-proof — well, it was. More on that in a bit.I love this water bottle so much that I find myself not only filling it to use each and every day, but actually using it throughout the day and therefore drinking a minimum of 64 oz of water a day and usually more. I love water but for some reason I guess I’ve been lazy with drinking it? It’s a head scratcher. But no more. I am consistently drinking water and refilling this religiously.The bottle has been sturdy and easily manageable in size. I honestly have no complaints….until 3 days ago.Three days ago I refilled my bottle and took a drink and it dribbled water from underneath the lid where it screws on. I thought, maybe I didn’t seat the lid correctly. I checked, reseated (it seemed fine) and again, some drops, enough to leave some water dribbled down my shirt. But, with Covid I’m at home working and no one can really see me so it’s just an annoyance.Repeat to the next day, same thing. And each time I’m refilling it now. The bottle has never been dropped. Never been anything but hand-washed, and I have no idea why this is suddenly happening but something with the seal under the lid seems amiss. Under closer inspection, the seal seems almost stretched out. It comes out of it’s seating upon the lightest touch and no matter what I do, I can’t seem to get it to set right. And now I have a leaking bottle. It haven’t seen anyone else reporting this issue so I’m hoping it is just a fluke and will be reaching out to the manufacturer to see if they’ll replace it. Aside from this recent problem, this is still the best water bottle I’ve ever come across and will continue purchasing these for my family.UPDATE: 7/7/20 I reached out to the manufacturer and they reminded me they provided extra seals in the original package but I’ve misplaced them. They did say they’d send me another water bottle free of charge if the spare seal didn’t work. So based on that, I continue to love and recommend this water bottle.I also continued to play with the seal and realized that it wasn’t stretched out but rather I just needed to use my nail to seat it properly and tuck it under the lip of the lid a little more. It took a minute but once I got it, no more leak.

You tilt, it pours.+ It is tall enough to hold a lot of water, but narrow enough so it fits everywhere+ It is very sturdy, it won’t randomly open in your bagCons:- There is a second, smaller hole next to the one you drink from. I understand it’s necessary for the flow, but, because of that, as soon as you tilt your bottle sideways, your drink will spill from the smaller hole as well, and onto you.- I wish I could remove the strap for indoor situationsAll in all, the Embrava bottle works well. I don’t feel like it really stands out as much as I would have wanted from other regular water bottles.

I’ve been using this since late 2017, and I can safely say that it is the best bottle I’ve ever used.- Doesn’t leak unless you absolutely shake it like a mad man, and even then only a few drops would come out at the most- Nice material. It’s actually very smooth and simply feels nice to have in your hand- Durable. No damage or defects after frequent use- The lid may look a bit flimsy at first, but it really is not- It looks cool. People always ask where I got it from.- Great to have on the move.

Ãffnet man die Packung, findet man die Flasche auch nochmal in einer Folie eingepackt.Das Produkt und die Anwendung:Die Flasche sieht schon auf den ersten Blick recht ansprechend aus. Sie ist aus Tritan Co Polyester. Sie ist ordentlich verarbeitet und liegt auch ordentlich in der Hand, wenn man aus ihr trinkt. Die Farbe der Flasche ist ein helles grau und schwarz. Sie hat an der Flasche auch noch ein Band, womit man sie einfach transportieren kann. Sie hat ein Fassungsvermögen von 1 Liter. Der Verschluss ist doppelt gesichert, wodurch sie sicher ist und nicht einfach zu öffnen ist, also unabsichtlich.Zum einen gibt es eine Ãse, die den Deckel unten hält. Danach muss man noch auf den zweiten Verschluss drücken und die Flasche ist offen. Die Ãffnung zum trinken ist groà genug, um ohne Einschränkungen trinken zu können. Der Deckel hat oben noch ein Silikonteil, welches die Flasche abdichtet. Davon liegt noch ein zweites Teil in der Verpackung, falls dieses mal kaputt gehen sollte. Der Deckel ist robust und durchsichtig. Er klappt auch nicht einfach runter, wenn man die Flasche ansetzt zum trinken.Das Material auch von der Flasche ist recht robust und milchig, man sieht dadurch, wie viel noch in der Flasche drinnen ist. So dass man rechtzeitig für Nachschub sorgen kann, wenn die Flasche fast leer ist. Das Material fühlt sich sehr angenehm an und es gibt auch keinen unangenehmen Geruch, selbst wenn man die Flasche das erste Mal auspackt. Auf der Flasche ist auch noch das Logo der Firma aufgedruckt, so sieht man auch später, wo man die Flasche gekauft hat.Sie hat auch die perfekte GröÃe, wenn man die Flasche in eine Halterung beim Fahrrad einstellt. Mit dem Band kann man die Flasche dann noch an der Halterung zusätzlich befestigen. Stellt man sie auf einem Tisch oder auf dem Boden ab, so steht sie auch sicher, ohne dass sie umkippt. Schraubt man den Deckel ab, so sieht man ein kleines Sieb, welches oben auf die Flasche aufgesetzt ist.Das ist ein zusätzlicher Schutz, falls etwas beim Einfüllen der Flüssigkeit hineinfallen sollte. Das wird dann durch das Sieb von der Trinköffnung abgehalten und so kann man es auch nicht hinunter schlucken. Hier wurde auch an alles gedacht. Von der Flüssigkeit her kann auch ein Saft oder eine Brause einfüllen. Kohlensäure tut der Flasche nichts, sie bleibt trotzdem sicher verschlossen. Allerdings haben wir den Eindruck, dass die Kohlensäure schneller verschwindet, als in einer anderen Flasche.Unser Fazit:Die Flasche ist empfehlenswert, sie gefällt uns vom Design und auch von der Verarbeitung. Die Füllmenge von 1 Liter ist top. Das Einfüllen der Flüssigkeit ist sehr einfach. Der Deckel ist zweifach abgesichert, so dass es kaum möglich ist, dass sie unabsichtlich aufgeht. Sie ist sicher und dicht, auch wenn sie umfällt. Allerdings wenn sie mit offenen Deckel umfällt, dann kann etwas Flüssigkeit austreten. Die Trinköffnung ist groà genug, um entspannt zu trinken. Hier wurde vorher überlegt, was man machen möchte und wie es am besten umgesetzt werden kann.
