This is a present for my grandson, it arrived in an unsealed dirty plastic bag. The strings are twisted and the handle of the drumstick is bent!There were others that were cheaper but I thought this one would be better quality. I was wrong

The base notes are at your right side when you place it in front of you the way you should. Yes, you can turn it around but then the bars will be behind the top wood.Also, the base wood is very unstable. It will fall when you play it if you do not hold it with other hand.It is more like a toy than an instrument

Really disappointed with this chime. The two higher key chimes do not make any sound. Seems to be a cheaply manufactured Chinese product not worth more than £10, let alone £40. Product arrived in a plain cardboard box, without any Ennbom logo, so not sure if this is the real thing Was going to give as a birthday present, but donât think I will bother.
