The Ergodyne ProFlex 100 Economy Spandex Back Support is designed to remind workers of proper lifting techniques while also enhancing the body’s intra-abdominal pressure, moving the stress away from the spine for back pain relief. Features rubber track webbing to help keep support in position. SIZING To choose your size, use flexible measuring tape and find the circumference around your body at your belly button. The support should fit snugly around your hips with the front of the support two-fingers width below your navel. WORKS WELL and HALF THE PRICE of the Home Depot Version
More support and half the price of the home depot version. Way more support to clamp it down when injured or making a heavy lift and pro-actively supporting your back. Have one in my work out bag and one in the back pocket of my pickup’s driver’s seat. Starts of stiff and then softens up with use. You’ll not be disappointed with the support, but it does “lose” the plastic inserts in the first ten or so times of wearing it, but stays supportive, and maybe even more comfortable when said inserts tear loose.

ProFlex 1650 Economy Elastic Back Support Belt
I bought this back support belt after throwing my back out last fall. It well over a month before I was completely recovered and without any daily pain. While I was on the mend, I used the support belt religiously anytime I had to do any kind of lifting. It worked very well to keep from undoing the healing process and still allowed me to get my household chores done.It is comfortable & very easy to put on & take off. It is well constructed.Now that my back is 100% good again, I’m continuing to use it while working around the house and while shoveling snow. If wearing this Support Belt can get me through all the winter shoveling & the spring cleaning without throwing my back out again, I’ll upgrade my review to 5 stars!

Works great for yardwork to prevent back strain
I prefer no shoulder straps and easily removed them. The elastic waistband is wide and firm, and the front closes and opens easily with a single wide velcro patch. Seems quality made and has lasted 1+ month of yardwork without showing any wear. Good value, even if you don’t use the shoulder straps.

Appears Good, But Sizing is Way Off
Based on the primarily positive Readers Comments, I purchased this Back Support Strap, and those reviews appear to be correct. Compared to 3 previous brands of such support straps I have used, the velcro on these sticks much better. However the website sizing is too small. I have a waist size of 42″, but I could not get the primary waist strap on a Large size back support to stretch to overlap and thereby attach without really sucking in my stomach. For an XL size support, I was easily able to get it to stretch so that 1/2 of the main strap velcro hooks overlapped the loops on the other side. But the velcro attachment was indeed strong. I ended up getting a 2XL size back support and returning the two smaller ones. The 7.5″ high support strap feels good and seems to be higher than others I have used. Did notice the 4 plastic stays are all located near the center of the back rather than being spaced out more around the waist as was the case with the other three brands I have used in the past. Will update my review on this later when I have used this one for a while.

hard to keep on your shoulders; even when following directions.
I enjoy the support that this gives my back but the straps need near constant attention to keep on your shoulders. This brace is really good at keeping your lower back from being in pain but you have to make sure you keep good posture or the straps will, again, slip.

Es un artÃculo de muy buena calidad y manufactura, todo el material es elástico asà que el ajuste es muy cómodo y la presión se puede modificar de forma que sea justo la que necesitas. Los tirantes son removibles. El soporte lumbar es muy bueno. Yo lo uso como soporte en la espalda ya que con la pandemia estoy en home office y paso todo el dÃa sentado en la computadora

Hasta ahora todo bien, tiene velcro en buena parte del cinturón lo cual hace más fácil y se ajusta bastante bien se en dado caso lo sientes un poco apretado o flojo. Tiene Barillas en la parte de la espalda baja lo cual es un poco incómodo pero te acostumbras siempre y cuando no se desacomoden. En temporada de calor es bastante caliente pero es mejor cuidarse.

These are great quality belts and when on sale for $12 they are a phenomenal bargain. They compare to belts sold for sixty dollars in my area. For web sales, a sizing chart is required.Sizing is as noted by others who have posted. My waist is 32 – I went with a large based on my experience with other brand belts and it fits/works, but medium would have been better.The only downside to these belts is that the cinch straps are too elastic (soft pull). I have had two other brand belts and the pull on the cinch straps is much softer on this one. I basically have to pull the straps right to the middle if I want a tight fit.That said, the quality of the product is outstanding – the best I’ve seen by far.Note to the manufacturer – the problem with all these types of belts is that the velcro wears out over time. The quality of this belt far exceeds the life expectancy of the velcro (at first inspection). I bought a cheap thirty dollar belt two years ago that has done the job well, but the velcro is now shot. The rest of the belt is nowhere near the quality of this belt and shows no sign of failing. My first belt was a high quality one and the rest of the belt also far outlived the velcro. I expect I’ll be adding buckles to one of these down the road because the belt is really well made.

Lo usé para una mudanza de casa en la que tuve que cargar muebles y muchas cajas con libros y herramientas. Antes de tenerlo tenÃa problemas con dolores de espalda por lo que adquirà este cinturón, casi el mas barato. Los dolores de espalda desaparecieron por completo y concluà la mudanza sin molestias. Lo recomiendo ampliamente, es muy fácil de usar y los tirantes ayudan a mantenerlo en su lugar.
