Sketchy guide info, well-made device, good customer service, cold-air tech. Knowing this, I focused on controlling the device which was straightforward. By the way, there are also controls on the diffuser, but I find the app to be a better way to select the options.Please note that the customer service experience was excellent. The representatives were very friendly and professional. They turned frustration into a good and productive experience.I have a couple of suggestions for the manufacturer. Add a color to the embossed button names on the diffuser controls. They are VERY hard to read with no contrasti to the same color as the plastic of the diffuser. Also, update the user manual to note the specific instructions for either bluetooth OR wifi versions of the device. They currently conflate into what seem to be instructions to connect to both.My next efforts will be directed to finding essential oils that are specific to waterless diffusers. Happy smells to you…
Even though it says it’s a bluetooth device in this page’s header, the user guide’s instructions weren’t clear and led me to believe that the device could also connect to wifi. I easily made the bluetooth connection, but even this gadget guy’s most persistent attempts to connect to wifi were to no avail. So…I contacted bonbay’s customer service folks. After several messages between us, it was determined that the diffuser was as connected as could be with bluetooth. There was to be no wifi connection

Bought it for my salon . Love it . Super easy to set up. Big bottle so it donât need to refill all the time . Apps is little tricky to use . But one to get the concept is super nice little gadget . 10 seconds pump I think is little to long. For a big room is great. Not recommend for bathroom .

I just got it yesterday but so far it is working good. The WiFi/bluetooth on it is easy and works well. My home is around 1600 square ft and this little thing works so well, we have to turn it down really low because it works so well, also has a little fan built inside of it I guess. I would buy again.
