I love this! Volcano diffuser! It has a lot of mist and the colors are amazing! It’s really easy to open, just take the top off, and fill with water. It’s very easy to clean as well as there is only one part that you need to clean. It has a large reservoir so you don’t have to fill it up as often. The mist is awesome and it releases a nice amount of sent from essential oils. This diffuser not only works amazing. It looks awesome and I would highly recommend it!

Most frustrating product
After fighting with the lid to open it to add water and being unsuccessful, it went in the trash. It was so frustrating that there is not a notch or something to open it easily, even with a butter knife I couldnât pry it open.

Difficult to open to fill water
This is a very nice concept, but a person can get hurt trying to open it. I canât stress this enough, it makes the item dreadful to face. Iâve accidentally flung it across the room twice trying so hard to pull the top section off. I have even tried to wedge it open with sharp objects because when you try to twist it, you would need the hands of a giant in order to grip it with any strength. Using sharp objects doesnât really help except whatever it contributes to slowly working your way into the crease where it might finally come apart after enough willpower spent on it. It took me about 30 minutes to get it open when I first got it out of the box and Iâve been working on it for about 30 minutes and searching for ideas, hoping somebody in the reviews had some kind of a tip in case I was just too dumb to get it open. Thatâs not the case, it really is poorly designed. Donât ever try to get the top off when thereâs water in it, you will get a bath.There needs to be some type of groove so that you can pull up to get it open- unbelievable that this was overlooked in the design. Nobody has 30 minutes to set aside for getting a diffuser open. At least I donât. Iâm going to have to return it.
