Commute Comfort
I drive about 2 hours each way to and from work so I am in my truck a lot. I used to have extensive leg pain (at 69 years old) probably from the commute. I’ve had this cushion for about 3 weeks and the leg pain has improved about 90% since using the cushion. I am 6’3″ and about 220 lbs. The cushion keeps the backs of my legs from resting constantly on the truck seat and I think that the lack of pressure on the legs is where the improvement lies. So far, I highly recommend this cushion with nothing to lose.

Very good product to prevent back and gluteal pains during long drives
I bought this product to give me comfort for my long drives. Iâve been having issues with pains, poor posture, tense muscles on the upper and lower back areas, including gluteal pains and muscle tightness continued even on days Iâm not driving. This product was comfortable, adjusted to my weight shifts that I no longer have the problems I used to have before. Iâm really glad to have bought it. And this is a very good product in my opinion.I think it will last me a long period time. I wished I had thought of checking Amazon products several months ago, so I didnât have to endure my pains for so long. I now wake up in the AMâs without the previous muscle tightness. Iâm a very happy customer.

Incredible Pain Relief for Wheelchair Patient
I have a seriously ill lady, with many major problems. She’s been in hospitals now for several months, and has become extremely deconditioned. To get back and forth to doctors, when she’s out of the hospital, we use a medical transport system. It’s an important service, but there’s often a wait of at least an hour. KF, as I’ll call her, has no body muscle, no subcutaneous fat, and no padding at all. She has to sit in a wheelchair, waiting. Then there’s the bumpy ride, then the doctor appointments, a ride back and so forth.This lady has so much pain in her tail-bone, it’s excruciating. She’s in tears after about 10 minutes, and can hardly bear it during one of the appointment days. It’s terrible! Then there’s wheeling to meals at the facility, PT and other sitting events. She can’t stand up, and never gets a chance to build muscles before the next medical crisis.Why the long story? Because today, we gave this cushion a test run. KF was in the ICU for 4 days, and released for transport, scheduled at 1:30pm. They got her into the chair with the new cushion, using a power lift, at around 1:15pm. We sat for 1 hour and 10 minutes, before the transport showed up. I kept asking her, “How’s your tail-bone?” “Fine!”The ride was about half an hour, then a bit of wait until she could be lifted out of the chair, back to bed. By the time I showed up, about 3 hours had passed and I didn’t know what I’d find. Usually, she’s in such pain she gets a Vicodin, and can hardly function for the rest of the day. Not this time!Using this cushion, KF was about as “normal” as she’d been prior to getting into the wheelchair! Unbelievable! No tail-bone problems, no muscle cramping, no leg pain, no shoulder pain, and no arm and elbow pain, from trying to constantly adjust in the chair. Since she can’t move much, it’s very hard for her to even squirm around at the moment, but she didn’t have to!This is a superb pillow. We’ve had it only one day, but I can’t believe how much we’re pinning our hopes on something so basic. Back at the facility, I showed it to a guy who’s lost a leg and had major cellulitis. His spine has degenerated to bone-on-bone, and he can barely sit in a wheel-chair for more than an hour. There’s nothing he can do, but he’s robust, has a solid body with a lot of padding, but has almost no spinal support whatsoever. He was astonished at how comfortable we was when we tried out the pillow.Fingers crossed, hoping it lasts. I’ve rarely seen something that provides so much relief in such a basic way.UPDATE: This is absolutely a lifesaver! Within 1 week of using the cushion, KF’s tailbone was mostly healed. She can now sit for the many hours in waiting rooms, PT or other problems.TIP: If you’re using this with incontinence situations, definitely by two! If there’s an issue, the outer fabric covering is easy to wash. But the inner memory foam isn’t so easy, and takes forever to dry. MAJOR TIP: You can take off the outer casing, then cover the foam cushion with a 13-gal trash bag. Replace the casing, and the plastic bag isn’t noticeable at all when used for sitting. However, it prevents liquids from soaking into the foam. The cushion is so critical you’ll want a backup while the outer casing for the soiled one is in the wash.

Perfect for remote workers
This chair cushion was a gift for my best friend who works from home. She said itâs very comfortable and provides the needed support in her back and butt. It is not too heavy, but allows the cushion to stay in place and not more around. The memory foam is very sturdy and allows flexibility. The price was right.

320 pound man and this is comfortable
6’7″ and 320 pound guy and i work in a call center doing a lot of 12 to 18 hr days on crappy worn out chairs! This has saved my tailbone from going numb and my legs from going to sleep these past few days! Starts off stiff but softens after a bit. I wish they made these a little wider tho for big people and car seats. I fit but i can see a wide body person not getting full comfort they are looking for.

Para empezar vi que el cojÃn se puede comprar por separado pero creo que este paquete era mejor porque ya venia con el respaldo y ya te salÃan mas baratos los dos.Ahora, el cojÃn es excelente, la verdad es que ya usando mi silla de oficina sin este cojÃn vaya que se siente dura, es decir una vez que lo usas ya no hay vuelta atrás, pero tienen que fijarse que su silla no tenga ya un respaldo para espalda baja, de lo contrario sera super incomo usar el respaldo, que fue lo que me paso. Como mi silla ya tenia ese respaldo para la espalda baja, al poner este respaldo de espalda ya era incomodo asà que tuve que quitarla. Y pues hasta ahora ese ha sido mi único inconveniente con este producto, si bien el respaldo ya no lo pude usar en mi silla de oficina, la ocupo en esas sillas que no traen su respaldo y la verdad es que es super cómoda.Y pues es buen producto pero solo revisen que si su silla ya tiene respaldo lo mas probable es que ya sea incomodo usar el respaldo para la espalda y la otra observación es que igual si su silla ya tiene el respaldo que soporta la espalda baja que se pueda mover mas arriba porque al poner el cojÃn pues aumenta la altura y se vuelve incomodo en la parte baja, por suerte mi silla si tenia la opción de subir el soporte si no la verdad es que hubiera quebrado el soporte jaja.PS. siento que esta muy caro el producto, pero a mi ya me urgÃa porque paso mucho tiempo sentado y mi silla ya me cansaba y tuve que “gastar” pero a excepción del inconveniente que les comentaba, valió la pena el “gasto”.
