First check all the parts make sure they are there and in good shape
This equipment arrived in one box with pieces in need of assembly.All piece there and relatively easy to assembleWhen I was done assembling l noticed the cover( clear plastic) of the pedal box was cracked and broken. If I had not assembled the whole thing I would have opted for returning the equipment, but at that point it meant disassembling the whole thing, so we kept it and also the back portion of the seat is not adjustable and leans backwards , no instructions manual for the digital partWe have a hard time putting it to use.Otherwise my wife seems to be happy with it.

Easy to put together and use
This exercise bike had very easy to understand written instructions and all the parts were mostly exactly in the correct spot and just needed attaching parts. Only negative I would give on instructions were a few typos but they were easy to understand correct information. Took about a half hour to put together.Using the bike was very easy to adjust different modes. The digital display is a little difficult to read the icons but that is only negative.Overall a great value for the money.

Poor Quality — Not Recommended
I’ve had this exercise bike a couple of weeks, and sometimes it makes a noise when I pedal. Don’t know why this is, but doesn’t sound good. Other exercise bikes I’ve had will start to make a noise when peddling after a couple of years and I assume their “inter workings” are wearing out, but to have this happen after a couple of weeks is bad. Also, the back rest doesn’t have a control to keep it in position, and the seat is very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this bike and feel it was a waste of money.Update: TaBaN contacted me (according to Amazon the seller is BODDIOO Store (4.5 rated)) by email via Amazon. They said they would pass my concerns about the seat and back to their manufacturer and would I like to receive a $40.00 refund to compensate me for my discomfort. I replied that would be fine except I doubted they would actually follow through. And, they haven’t. If they were really interested in compensating me, they would not have asked, but simply refunded the money. They also asked me to send them a video of the noise I heard when peddling so they might be able to advise me about what might help. The noise is coming from the factory sealed ” box “the pedals are attached to, and as I have no means to open the “box”, videoing the noise would have made no difference. I also noticed that the exercise bike has no branding, and the user manual has no branding which I have never seen before. There is no customer service information in the user manual. According to TaBaN”s seller profile, they have a 82% rating, and as I said previously, they are not listed as the seller on Amazon. All of this stinks and feels like fraud to me. The bike is garbage and that’s where it is going. Amazon needs to look closely at this situation because ultimately they are responsible for the products sold on their website.

This is a great stationary bike. Easy to assemble in no time. Itâs quiet, comfortable and adjustable. It has several setting to keep you informed of your distance, speed, heart rate. I recommend it!

Monitor doesn’t work
The monitor provided doesn’t calculate distance, calories, etc. I’ve made several attempts communicating with seller and they continue to request my patience while investigating. Upon installation the arm pullies broke off which I was willing to ignore but I’d like to have a working monitor. The wheel is quiet and the tension function seems to work well. I like the side handle bars and back rest for back support. It’s extremely annoying and disappointing to have to disassemble and return product.
