I love this little diffuser! I bought it primarily to use as a humidifier to help with night time allergies and it works great. It holds a surprising amount of water for its size and lasts all night long before needing a refill- about 12 to 14 hours. It’s nice and compact-I put it on my bedside table each night and let it do its job. It’s super quiet, and you can change the direction and intensity of the mist flow without having to move the actual machine. I don’t use the LED lights because I need my room pitch black for a good nights sleep but they do work if I ever want them. There’s just one tiny green light that shows when its on but it doesn’t bother me. It’s also easy to take apart and clean- I suggest using an old toothbrush to clean the inside column. I put in some scented oil for the first time the other day and it had my whole apartment smelling sweet. Great machine for a great price.

If youâre looking for a device that functions as both a diffuser for essential oils AND as a humidifier, THIS IS IT!My household has grown accustomed to fragrance of essential oil blends that we alter with the seasons, but our heaviest usage occurs during cold and flu season. We typically rock a warm mist humidifier, a diffuser, and a HEPA grade air sanitizer in the sleeping areas of our home during the winter months and all year round in our designated âSick Suiteâ.Weâve utilized multiplie products over the years and have been frustrated by different short-comings on the devices weâve leveraged. Some had reservoirs that were too small to last all night, others lacked the ability to add oil blends, and almost all lacked the output necessary to cover several rooms at once. These limits lead to our use of multiple devices and increases in both power consumption and maintenance.This device has allowed us to re-think the way weâve been handling spot himidification and aromatherapy. Itâs reservoir is enough to run at 11 all night long, the output is similar to a much higher priced device we had been leveraging from a different vendor, and I can freely add whatever blend of oils I like directly to the water and not to a small sponge on the rear of the machine.It operates at a fraction of the energy consumption the incumbent unit utilized and it was able to raise the ambient humidity in the space by 20% when measured from 43 feet away! This is while the heat (Gas-based HVAC) is running overnight drying other areas to as little as 15% relative humidity. Amazing!I could not be happier with this device and itâs capabilities and would highly reccomend it to anyone seeking to resolve similar issues in their home.

Good product
Works great just uses a ton of essential oils. Only issues I have with it are: it doesnât turn itself off, you have to remember and turn the knob off and when you go to add water it makes a mess. When you lift the top off water drips off the top so be careful where you do that.

A Nice Diffuser, with Some Caveats
UPDATE: It died! I contacted the manufacturer and it was out of warranty by a month, and they couldn’t help me. I’ll be purchasing the one with the 5 year warranty next.This is the second type of large diffuser that I have purchased from Amazon in the last few years. A few comments on this design:1. Lifting off the entire top assembly to refill it is a pain and tends to leak water unless you hold it at just the right angle.2. The “float” that is meant to detect how much water is left gets stuck, and sometimes I have had to take the lid off again to free it.3. The power LED is very bright, so I have taped over mine with some electrical tape. Even so, it illuminates the plastic around it.4. While you can add essential oil, you have to just add it to the existing water, and eventually it will get used up. It would be nice if there was some sort of way to add more oil periodically from a reservoir.Functionally, it cranks out water vapor all night long. I’ve found that the true test of these appliances is after the 1 year mark or so, and so far so good on that. I’ve read that it’s best to use distilled water in order to keep mineral residue from building up on the diffuser element, but I have just been using tap water and have only noticed a little bit of buildup in the bottom of the tank. I’ve also loaded a lot of different essential oils into it, including super-sticky vetiver, and it seemed to work fine. The only issue is the float getting caught in the cage and prematurely shutting it off, and I might take it apart to see if I can sand down whatever part is the problem. Other than that, works great.

***update***the replacement diffuser all of a sudden stopped working after I cleaned the water container. While it was plugged in, my wife heard a buzz from it which scared it and told my 5 year old daughter not to go near it. This is quite a hazard having it around. I immediately unplugged it and will not use it again. I just sent an email to Exqline’s customer service once more but I do not want another replacement again. I’ll just have to eat the cost. Buyer beware, poor product quality. Look for another product.***original review***Exqline’s diffuser is a great way to relax after a long day at work. Using the right essential oil will provide a calming effect at night and what I like about the Exqline diffuser, it’s LED can be turned off and it is not bothersome when you have it on all night long while you sleep. You can also adjust how much or how little mist you want the diffuser to give out which is nice. My first one malfunctioned after 4 months of use, it keeps reading that there’s no water when it indeed full. I contacted Exqline customer service and they were prompt to reply and solve the issue immediately. In less than a week, I have a brand new replacement. That’s great customer service.

I purchased this diffuser as it had a much larger holding tank then the others that I have. The hope was that I wouldnât have to refill it as often if I used it on low flow setting. No matter what setting I have this on, I need to refill the tank everyday so doesnât last longer then 24 hrs which is the same as many others that I have. Works well, but disappointed it doesnât last longer on low setting.
